Awww MERRY CHRISTMAS Kel, Brett, Brandon and Bump!!
Merry Christmas to Janna, Andrew, Ella and bump too!!

Today has been MASSIVE! Exciting fun and on the other hand crap and grrr.
We hit the shops for a couple hrs which wasnt too bad. Then did some groceries. Jake wanted to stop in at the place for shooting supplies 2 mins from home and when he got back in the car it wouldnt start! We ended up having to call nrma and become an on the spot member - $250 later the guy came out an we need a new modular or whatever it is. It stalled several times until we finalyl drove away. Of course 5pm on xmas eve we cant get it fixed so we will still drive it on our big 2hr trip tomorrow but Jake knows how t get it started now - really easy just a quick flick of something under the hood - but annoying - so hope it doesnt stall it seems fine once its driving just getting it started.
So that was a pain in the arse. Came home with a massive headache and had to unpack the groceries - i think the cold stuff survived the car trouble. Then realised I forgot a present. arrrgghhhhhh. So sent Jake to Lake haven to get it.
Girls were ferral and so tired this evening - I bahed them and orderd home delivery pizza then put them to bed. They were all out like a light. Jake has been putting the trampoline up for the last hr or so andI have been cleaning like a mad women. There is no way I waking up tomorrow morning with a bad start (messy house) and we have to be out of here by 9am so I want it all to go smoothly. So far I am getting on top of things. Have almost finshed packin presents in the car and getting everything ready to go in the morn. Phew.
It was a stressful day really and can't wait for tomorrow as it will be fun.
Chloe seems'ok' just. Had to give her some more panadol at bedtime but she isnt too bad.

I have to keep moving though - after that long dribble in here.

You both might not even read it now?

Kel keep those legs crossed!!! hehe
And both of you have fantastic days tomorrow with your familes and your last christmas as a family of THREE - both of you.
LOVE you both. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

OMG we are just about to go to bed now.

After I cleaned and Jake set up the tramp we had to put the kitchen together - took ages!!!

I am so excited though and can't wait to wake up either!
The girls are going to be so thrilled to see a cool kitchen in the loungeroom and 3 big santa sacks. We decided we are going to leave it quite a while before saying or doing anything to do with the tramp. We want to see if and who says something first. In a way I recon with the kitchen and toys to open they will forgot but then another bit makes me think it won't take Soph long to want to know where her trampoline she asked santa for is. lol

Jake better be off the loo lol.
I am so tired!!

Ohhhhh I just realised - its already Christmas!!! WOW
Good morning then not goodnight lol.
And MERRY CHRISTMAS again - for real hehe.

Thanks girls!!

I hope you both enjoyed fantastic days with your families!

Our day was pretty good, long of course but good.

On Christmas eve we went for our drive to look at lights but by the end of it B was a typical boy and very over it and kept asking to hop out and whinging so we went home and put him to bed and then we got to work setting up his car. That actually didnt take us too long at all and we were in bed by about 9.30pm I think which was good.
Then we got up bright and early as usual and B opened up his santa sack pressies - he got some tools, a little broom, a water wheel for the sandpit, a chrissy book and a 'Henry' thomas the tank engine electric little train. The train was THE biggest hit lol, he loved it!
Then we took him downstairs and showed him his pressie from us which was the motorised tonka car. He was a little unsure of it at first but we let him take his time and eventually he got in and sat in it and pretend drove it, then Brett helped him drive it and he isnt fussed on the whole driving of it yet but he will get there.
Then we were outta the house bright and early to go to the motel and have brekky with the Jorgo clan. It was a huge yummy brekky and after that the kids all had a swim, Brett's younger bro - who is 13 and B loves him took B in for us and they stayed in for a good couple hours having heaps of fun! Then we had to get him out and head to my sisters and have lunch with all my family.
We got there and had pressies, my sister didnt even say hello the first thing that happened when we got there was a tray of kabana, cheese and dip fell out of the fridge when she opened it and she cracked it. So I half ignored her for awhile and eventually we started talking.
The arvo dragged on a little, we ate A LOT! lol, well I did anyway.
The kids mostly played, B watched a hi 5 dvd for awhile which I didnt mind cos he was missing his sleep so it was a bit of quiet rest time for him. Then my BIL set up a lil pool they had bought their kids and the 4 of them all had a swim and play in that.
We had dinner and then went home fairly early. B crashed in the car which as you know is very unlike him and we didnt even bath him, just sponged him down and put him to bed.
He was up sooooo early this morn at 5.30 and was so so so overtired so he was just painful this morning. Brett has been out with him for a couple hours tho at his Dad's, they briefly all popped back here and as soon as they did B threw another tanty, sigh. Then they were off again and have now gone to take the tinny for a run up the river to see if they fixed it. So B will be having his first boat trip and should love it I hope!

He was soo oooo spoilt yesterday tho here is a list of pressies he got -

you know all his santa stuff and our pressie

a blackboard, chalk, sketch book, paints, paint caddy, paint shirt, little motorbike, t shirt, Whinnie the pooh dvd - all from my parents

a tonka truck - from the inlaws

a wheely suitcase with toiletry bag, plastic chair, elmo sipper straw cup, xmas placemat, lollies and chocs in madagascar cup, 2 dr seuss books, a hi 5 book, stuffed thomas the tank engine, bob the builder flip phone - all from my sister and her kids etc. (I gotta say she always spoils him rotten)

another tonka truck, this one is a tip truck that came with rocks in the back - from my brother and his gf.

a piano keyboard and a monster truck with sounds - from my sil and her family.

a scooter and a 'B' for his door from Brett's Grandma.

sandpit shovel and rake - from my cousin and her fam.

a singing xmas penguin - from brett's aunty

......hmm I am thinking I even missed stuff!

I got my wallet and some VERY yummy chocolates from brett and Brandon.
A christmas bauble with biscuits in from Brett's grandma.
a little parfait dish type thing with a washer rolled up and a cherry ontop to look like a little cupcake that Brett's Aunty made - very cute! hehe
A hair dryer and hair stratener from my bro and his gf who were my secret santa.
$10 scratchy from Brett's uncle that I won $12 on! hehe

Brett got his sign for the deck and an itunes giftcard from me and B.
A shirt and some lynx deodorant from his grandma.
$10 scratchy from his uncle but he didnt win! lol
A camping stretcher and blow up mattress from my parents who were his secret santa.

And Brett's other Granny (who is loaded I should add) was VERY generous and gave us $200 as a family.

So we did very well - spoilt much? lmao

hehe at B asking to hop out etc when looking at lights - I can just imagine him. Good you got to bed fairly early.
So glad the Train was a big hit!
I am sure he will get lots of use out of the tonka and become very good at driving it as he gets some practice and used to the idea.
The big breaky sounds yummy and great B had such a good time in the pool and nice you both got a little break?!
Thankfully the fridge situation didnt start anything major - I know how one small thing can esculate with 'them' lol.
Did B love his boat trip? Bet Brett loved taking him?!
B definatly got spoiled - thats what its all about for them though so thats great. I bet next year he will remember what Christmas is all about and be hanging for it to come around hehe.
Oh and $200 cash from Granny is awsome!

Our Chrissy...

Well after not getting to sleep till 2am!!!! Chloe woke us at 6am - I fed her and then went and woke the girls up as they were still sleeping and we wanted to get maximum time with them before having to head off for the day.
They came out sleepy to the lounge and saw there kitchen all set up and were so happy. Was hilarious as Gracie just kept saying over and over and over - "Oh my goodness, Oh my goodness" lol. Got it on vid - will have to load later. Then then saw there huge santa sacks and set on opening all the pressies in there. I helped Chloe and all had a ball.
After about 45 mins or so I said "do you think thats all santa left?" and Soph was like "no I think he bought us a trampoline too" with a very hopefull look on her face lol.
So we said "ooo I hope so maybe we shoudl go looking" Got out side and they saw it ad were SO excited and both said almost at the exact same time "can we jump on it please?" They went and had a jump and Chloe hopped on too and I took some pics etc.
Then inside for some breaky while I got ready and we were out the door at 8:45am. Headed to mels house and got there at 10:30. She was nice to me considering our first and only contact since our fight a monthish ago was on the phone a couple of afternoon prior (i think i posted it somewhere in here). Tony (her partner) kept getting heaps of food out for us and was saying I know your not staying but I want you to eat something here before you go and made me try all the meats they had cooked and the ham etc. Was so yum and I was starving as i didnt eat a thing for breaky. We did all the present giving and then left (a little later than planned) at 12:30. headed up the mountains and got there at 1:45 with about 5 mins to spare before lunch was served. Lunch as always at Jake's family's places was delish. They are very gourmat and foody people - his aunt is a chef and also works for a organic meat company. So yeah SO yum!
The day after that was awsome - there house is huge (like a mantion really) and with so many people wanting to play with the girls we got alot of time off type thing. one thing though - they had a pinata sp? outside and Gracie was having her turn then Soph came up for her turn and as she turned hit Gracie in the face. So Kathy (mil) comforted Gracie and she was fine so I didnt bother coming down off the deck to see her. I ad soon forgotton about it as Kathy went off into one section of there massive gardens with her. About 10 mins later I was looking and reaslied Kathy had been back attending the pinata for ages and I couldnt see Gracie. I started looking and Told Jake to look and we went all over the entire house and cae abck with no Gracie. We allerted family who were around and had a mini search party going on. We all kept coming back empty handed and I started to get that sick feeling after about 10 mins of her mising. Finally Jakes uncles mum (margaret) came through the gate with her and Jake yells outs "its ok" I came running over and margaret was oblivious and realised we had then been worried and said Sorry I took her to see the peacock down the road. She said she had told Kathy but Kathy didnt hear or something. Of course I made sure margaret knew it was fine as she was so worried we were upset at her but you cant help misscommunication and after all Gracie was fine and in good hands.
It took me a minute to calm down though as you can imagine.

Anyway the afternoon evening went on with food food and more food and heaps of fun and lots of pressies. We left finally at 8:30pm. As we missed my brother at my sisters house we called him and he really really wanted to see the girls to give them there pressies. I said they are asleep and I really didnt want to wake them but then thought you know it is christmas and they can always catch back up. So they slept the hr to my brother house. When we pulled up Gracie woke up and was happyto get out and see my bro. I tried to wake Sophie but she was so out of it she wouldnt so much as flinch. So we left s and c in the car and we could see them from the loungroom. We stayed nearly an hr so then headed back home again at about 10:30 pm. I fell asleep then we stopped at maccas and got a burger as by now our tummies were a bit hungry and Jake needed food to keep driving. He drove a bit longer then admitted he was buggered. So I drove for a while until I literally couldnt see the lines anymore.  I stopped on the freeway and had a break then Jake perked back up and drove the rest of the way. I think we got home at 12:30am. We bought all the pressies inside and put G and C to bed and Soph then was awake and so we decided to let her pen uncle glenns present. She was impressed and we stayed up till just after 1am with her then put her to bed. Finally we got to sleep around 2am (again).
We had such a good day - so tiring though but worth it and since then we havnt really caught back up especially considering last nights fun.lol
Might make tonight and tomorrow night early nights.

I might do a list of pressies later. I better get off here and go make Soph some lunch.
Gracie put herself to bed about an hr ago and is sleeping very soundly.

xx

This poopa scoop has a long handle so you dont have to bend down and you attatch a plastic bag on the back and use the long handled shovel to scoop it and it all goes into the bag. You can even hang it up and put the shovel clicked in and it closes all the poop in so you dont have to put the bag in the bin straight away. you can leave it a couple of days till it fills up more. hehe
Also got him a new hat and gosh i cant think of the other pressy. hmmm

Lol Maybe its look like alot cause everybody bought for 3 of my children - would be heaps less it I just had one.
But B's list was pretty huge for one child too!! You would have alot more room than us at your place though.
Finding room - Sophie and I have made a bag of things for children who dont have alot of toys. And this morning i rearranged this sunroom where all there toys live. I did a good job and it looks really good.
I have a few bulky items that I took out of this room and am still contemplating selling on ebay or giving away.
Just not sure. I just hate toys in the loungroom and am trying really hard to not have any living in there as we already have Chloe's toys and playpen and the swing and there little lounge anymore than that just makes it so cluttered looking.

That is a really nice family pic - you are all looking and smiling perfectly. And bump is making a very lovely appearance too. hehe
How COOL is that Tonka?!!!
Sophie is here looking and said "I want one of them for MY birthday" lol.
Great swimming photos - the jumping in one is cool!
And there is your neice that looks like you hehe. So cute with his cousins.
Lol at Brett hehe. He looks impressed!

Yeah it adds up with the more kids you have thats for sure. LOL.

Hayles, you've done well to find places for everything - cos I know how big your house is. hehe. I'm still trying to find places for everything here.
Doesn't help that I'm trying to move stuff OUT of our spare room too. LOL.

I already saw most of your pics Kel on FB, but loves seeing them again! Andrew loves the Tonka car too. He so wants one for Ella. LOL.
