Thank You girls!!!
I had a great day!
My mil and sil were actually on there way home from the mountains the night before my bday and stopped in to say hi and give us a few things we left behind xmas day. However mil was so tired and we were like you are so more than welcome to stay the night and in the end she realised it was best and gave in - she didnt want to intrude on my bday morning but I so didnt mind at all.
So yeah I cooked them dinner that night and then we all had breaky together in the morn (just cereal and toast lol) and they hung around till about 9:30am then went home.
Chloe and Gracie then had a sleep (gracie had some catching up sleep to do lol).
Then we went out for lunch to the coffee club at mingara - we were going to go for a swim at the pools there but girls were tired - especially soph. So we got an iceblock on the way home.
I then had a 2hr sleep while jake took care of the girls. hehe.
In the late afternoon the girls jumped on the tramoline and we put the sprinkler under it - but only turned the tap on for very short bursts every now and then to keep it wet since we are supposed to be conserving water. They had heaps of fun and Chloe played with the dogs and crawled around on the grass chasing then hehe.
I heated up some leftevers for the girls and they even ate there dinner on the tramp lol. (great use we have been already getting from that santa pressy lol).
We then had some muffins and sung hb for me hehe. The girls had a bath and went to bed.
Jake had some stuff to pack for work the next day so he got a beer and I got a wine(i am loving be able to drink a little now I am weaning - btw chloe is now only feeding of am from me). I sat down out the front to talk to jake and then looked up across the street to our nice neighbours house and saw they had a puter chair out on there curb and oddly enough our puter chair actually broke the day before (very funny Jake fell off it when it broke lmao). I saw they were out the front on ther veranda so I took my wine across the road and asked if I could scab the puter chair which was up for grabs lol and of course they said yes - they had 3 so yeah. I got talking to diane and her hubby for ages and they too were having a drink out the front so peter topped my glass up when i was finished and not long after Jake came over to join in. We just kept talking and talking and my glass kept getting filled and they kept getting beers for Jake and we all ended up sitting on there veranda. Jake and I took turns going across and checking the girls every 15 mins or so (of course they were all sleeping sound). soon enough it was 11:30pm and I was SO drunk as were we all. I said we really had to get home to bed so we did after another drink and another half an hr lol.
Finally I climbed into bed with my head spinning. Had the best sex sorry tmi lol - but we had been hanging for it for 8 days days lol (I had af all week and then Jake was sick on his bday and then the next night his mum and sis stayed so yeah sorry you get the drift.
Then Chloe woke after we were just about asleep ho hum. I think I stayed awake for ages after that and then Jakes alarm went off at 4:30am . Then I got back to sleep and Chloe woke for the day at 5:30 - nice one Chlo.
I felt so seedy this am after not drinking for 4 years I certainly made up for it and had a great time doing so - totally unplanned and on my bday.
I feel much better after bacon and eggs chocolate and a big glass of milk. haha
Oh I forgot Jake and the girls got me pinks cd and these really cool pink oven mits - you may have seen them around but I shall take a pic later.
He chose well - I was very happy.
