okay I have a big whinge....
My Mum and sister have totally pi$$ed me right off today!!! Like I was soo wild over it and then had a bit of a tear and thought no really kel, what do you expect??
I will explain...
My cousin who is the mother to my 2nd cousin with the baby that she doesnt look after...
wanted to meet us all for Christmas on Wednesday cos we wont be seeing them Christmas day at all. So anyway cousin apparently text my sister yesterday to ask if it could be done today instead of Wednesday cos she has to bring her daughter into town on Wednesday. (thats the one with the baby)
Well Mum started bitching to me about that and saying, Kylee (sis) is busy getting the kids needles and isnt having it at her place so might just go to this little cafe. (the cafe is too small, its in a hardware store and not appropriate for 5 kids from one fam, 4 from another and then B aswell all running amok and unwrapping pressies etc in) so I said I wont be going if its there. Then Mum started bitching saying how my cousin with the baby just says 'jump' and everyone must say 'how high?'
I ignored this cos I was like HELLOOOOOOO, have you looked at your own life and your daughter cos that is definitely the pot calling the kettle black! I didnt say that but wish I had of had the guts to, only mum gets upset and starts crying if we start putting Kylee down.
So Mum said she would ring me this morn and let me know and I wait till 9am and she still hasnt rung so I rang her and Dad said she had already left to go to my sisters....hmm typical.
So I rang there and my sister answers all groggy and I said 'what are you doing?' and she goes 'oh I just got out of bed' - like wtf? You have 4 kids under 9 yrs old, how the heck can you be in bed?? I said well I have been up for hours and she goes oh yeh but I went to bed at 1.30am and you probly had hours of sleep before me.
weirdo...
anyway I asked for Mum and she came on and I asked where they were going and she goes oh um.....big pause.....then I hear my sister in the background and then Mum goes 'porters (the cafe) at 2.30'
So I said well I cant come then, for a start I dont think that is an appropriate place to do what you are doing and that is B's sleep time.
I think by the tone of my voice she would've realised I was pissed off about that.
So then the bitching about my cousin, the 2nd cousin and the baby all started again, and I honestly am sooooo sick of listening to the pair of them bitch about them - cos FFS - look a little closer to home, this is exactly how my sister is and treats my Mum and everyone and they are both blind to that, well obviously sis would be but gosh is my Mum 'that' stupid????? come on, its so pathetic.
So i just kinda interupted her and said anyway thats all I wanted to know so I am going now bye, and hung straight up on her. I know thats not nice and I love Mum, she does a lot for me but nowhere near what she does for my sister and her kids. And for her to sit there and bitch about others that are exactly the same just sickens me!
I am so sick of not being able to rely on my Mum, cos anytime you talk to her or need her she is pre-booked and pre-occupied by my sister. I am so over it.
If you cant rely on your Mum who can you rely on you know?
She briefly asked how B was and I said oh we are having some issues today but she didnt even ask what!!!!? I was so upset when I got off the phone but I guess I should know better by now!
