WELL...I have another big gripe!
I bought Brett and my bro's gf itunes giftcards for Christmas. I got them in fonezone as that was the only place I could find them! The card said it had no value until activated at the time of purchase so I SPECIFICALLY asked the girl who served me - 'so they're activated now, all they have to do is go on the website and enter the codes?' and she said 'yes'
Well we just tried to use Bretts and it came up with a message that the card is not activated and you have to return it to place of purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am sooooooo pissed off cos I wouldnt care so much IF I didnt specifically ask her this!!! What a stupid biatch cos now I have to ring them tomorrow cos they're not open today and go into town when I wasnt going to and get them activated. Not to mention I had to ring my bro's gf and ask for hers back! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
