Thankyou both of you, i am doing a diet that i saw in the paper, it was a woman that had lost 13 stone, what she had was 3 meals and 3 snacks, like for breakfast i have a small bowl of cornflakes and a boiled egg, snack 1 a tracker, for lunch i have a bowl of soup no bread lol, then snack 2 a banana, then for dinner i have about a 400 cal meal, snack 3 2 rivas with abit of cottage cheese. Well it seems to be working lol. x x x |
