The sentencing guidlines council has told judges that thieves who steal to fund drug,alcohol or gambling addictions,should not be sent to prison-What's your views on this?
Why shouldn't they go to prison? What is going to stop them stealing from decent people? I am sick of do-gooders trying to defend the scum and ignore the good people.
not sure there is a couple of reasons why they should go to jail it keeps them off the streets and hopefully it will sort them out but on the other hand it is us that have to fund them being in there oh what to do
I think why shouldnt they go to prision they have committed the crime wever its to fund a habit or not its still wrong and they should be punished for it-they know they have committed the crime so do the time .
