I know that when i returned to work after having Mason i was given £250, this wasn't a reward but to help me update my work clothes since most of mine no longer fitted me or they were old and tatty, it also helped me pay for electric, gas and food until i got my first pay cheque. Without that help i know that 1 Mason and i would of not been able to eat properly 2 i would not of had electric or gas as mine is key metered and 3 gave me the confidence of entering a new job without the extra worry of how we would manage until i got paid. So i personally know it's a good idea and a great relife to anyone returning to work. plus if you feel good in how you look then it will show in your work. |
