About 5 years ago we had new windows and doors fitted by Safestyle uk and we have had nothing but trouble with them ever since. Anyway, just before christmas I phoned up and kicked off with them about the fact that some of my windows would not open, some of them were sticking and there were draughts coming through. So today they turned up, did all of the repairs and fitted new seals around every window and door...and it is so snug in here tonight. Usually when I sit at the comp my right hand is freezing (cos I'm next to the window) but it's fine tonight. We've had the fire on low all day, which is most unusual. I just hope it stays like this. It's not on when you pay over £10,000 for a job then have to keep calling them back for repairs.
Take my advise ladies, if you want new windows etc...DON'T go to safestyle uk.
