I think the inspector is going to come today (it won't do her any good cos the children are on holiday). The thing is they do my head in. They expect me to have the same amount of paperwork as I had at nursery e.g daily routines, observations etc. I don't have a daily routine, I let the children dictate if they want to play in the sand or go for a walk or read a book.
I know I'll be in trouble but to be honest I just don't care anymore. Although I agree that every childcare worker needs to be regulated for the safety of the child, OFSTED are forcing many caring people out of the profession because they care more about paperwork than the children. It makes me so angry.
