Do you have a picky eater. I know I do. All kids go through food stages but some more then others. I find inviting the picky eater into the kitchen during prep sometimes help. If it is the sight of certain foods then try puree them. Veggies are still good for you if they are pureed into another sauce. Sight unseen and healthy food in. I've also done the seperater plates that way if one food is unliked it did not touch the good food so the rest of the plate is eatible. And my final tip on a picky eater is remember a glass of whole milk will replace a meal (though not every meal), a peanut butter and Jam sandwich is good for you (full of protien) and don't give up. Thier health is worth it. |
