Went to see my Midwife today, and got on really well, she was lovely, and put all our worries aside regarding the miscarriages I've had. My BP was fine, which was good. She said I will have to have a c-section as both my girls were. Jess was an emergency cos I reacted badly to the prostin gel, and with Lucy I had a really slow first stage. But she did say it would be safer, as I would be at risk or a uterine rupture if I had a natural birth. I was a bit upset, but Steve said if it was the safer option, then that's what we'll do. Also I have the choice of two hospitals, so we'll be looking at both of them. I go back in 4weeks, and I am just waiting for the date of my first scan. All in all it went really well, so we're both really pleased. |

7 1/2 weeks now, but it seems like we've known for ages!! lol The baby will be born in Feb, so that seems like we haven't got as long to go!! lol Feeling ok today, but still really tired. Sickness isn't so bad today, so I've managed a good breakfast! Despite my belly growing by the day (which my midwife said was ok) I haven't put anymore weight on, so I must be doing something right! |
