we have a couple of farms like that not too far from where i am in liverpool, firstly greeacres farm park in flint, is great has tractor rides, camoing facilities, caravans, bottle feed the baby lambs hold the chicks, goats , etc . some small zoo animals little monkeys, reptiles, also they have the usuall pigs, cows, you can see the cows be milked and even join in . small fair rides , pony rides there is a nice little cafe aswell as a picnic barn , park and gift shop. the staff are friendly and the tractor ride is great fun for all the family driving through the fields to i have a brand new combine harvister with the pigs chasing you for some bread which the driver is throwing out.
woudl say this is best for a sunny day howevere as it is outdoors also not to go while pregant as with anyfarm as the bacteria can be harmful.
farmer teds in ormskirk is great for rainy days as it is mostly indoors, and there is a indoor park as well as out door , a wacky warehouse and nice cafe . tractor rides barrel rides, indoor huge sandput with diggers etc. outdoor self drive tractor toys, bird of prey shows, gift shop, and a great farm shop selling fresh local products , lovely meats , jams , wines, etc really nice and lots of it free range and organic .
