Makes 4
  
 450g/1lb Mince beef
 1 Small onion
 1 Fat Clove of Garlic
 2 Tablespoons of Double Cream
 1 Tablespoon of Parsley
 Salt & Pepper
 4 Burger buns
  
 In a food processor, chop the onion and garlic in the cream. Add the beef, parsley, Salt & Pepper and continue to mix in short bursts until everything is just mixed. turn the mixture out and form into burgers.  Heat a frying pan and when hot put in the burgers. cook until done then place inside the buns.
