Frozen Fruit Pops.....
2 c. summer fruit (pineapple, oranges, and strawberries)
1 tsp. sugar (optional) (I use sugar substitute)
1 tsp. lemon juice
Puree fruit in blender, adding a teaspoon or two of water if necessary.
Add sugar (if desired), and lemon juice and blend.
Pour into bar molds or small cups and insert sticks. Freeze until solid.
For most fruit it'll be less than 50 calories a serving. Makes 4 (4 ounce) pops.
