Serves 4
4 Chicken Legs
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Salt and Black pepper
2 tsp clear Honey
Juice of half a lemon
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1. Preheat grill to high. Brush the chicken with a little of th eoil and season with the salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, mix the rest of the oil with the honey and lemon juice. Brush half the mixture over the chicken.
3. Grill the chicken legs for 6-7 minutes then brush with the remaining mixture and spinkle with sesame seeds. Then grill until cooked.
Serve hot or cold.
