2lb this week still good and im really pleased im stickin to it i lost 9lb the first week so im really chuffed its hard cuttin out all the food i like an jus eatin salads an weightwatchers food i dont mind the food but i do miss my chips an burgers etc lol
my target i set for my self is 10 stone dont know if ill make it but im takin it one pound at a time lol
