Right, today was day 1. . . . I took Riley to playschool and left the car there, I ran home which is about half a mile.
I then cycled to get him and alot of it is uphill, so was sweating my ass off lol.
This afternoon Riley and I took the dog for a walk through the fields then picked up Connor from school.
I will do sit ups before bed as well, so hopefully sticking to this 3 days a week I will start to notice a difference soon.
I am also eating alot more healthily, I have had a bowl of All-Bran, 2 riveta with low fat cheese spread, and poached salmon and a crunchy salad for tea.
I am going to weigh myself on one of those electronic scales tomorrow as mine are really pants.
