1#          Semi Sweet Chocolate
 4.8 oz.    Butter No Substitution.
  
 Melt in Dbl. Boiler: Allow to cool
  
 Separate Bowl Add:
 4            Whole Eggs
 1  T.       Sugar
  
 Whisk over low heat...Beat very well with mixer
  
 Fold into egg mix. :
 1 T. SIFTED Flour
  
 Next fold cooled chocolate mixture into egg mixture.
  
 Spray cake pan with release & line with parchment, spray parchment with release.
  
 Bake 350 'til done

 Glaze with melted semi sweet chocolate melted
 ___________________________________________________
  
 Serve with Whipped Heavy Cream ...Booze Optional
 Good with a Fresh Rasberry Puree` & fresh berries.
  
 Strawberries are also an option But strain the fruit puree` for seeds.
  
 May also use a strained Rasberry Jam or preserves puree`d...
  
 Garnish with the extras only at serving time.
  
 May be frozen...
