Here is a tut I had saved...................

                                 How to Sparkle

This tutorial was written by TishAny similarities between this and any other tutorial online are purely coincidental.

This tutorial will teach you how to manually sparkle an image if you don't have a plug in to do it for you.

1. Find your Sparkle using this link or any link you have
http://www.a1emporium.com/index513.html

2. Save your sparkle to the tubes folder provided in PSP.

Now we will work with the image you want to sparkle.

3. Duplicate your image twice so you have 3 layers of the same image.  To check this simply press "L" on your  keyboard.  Your Layer Palette will come up and you should see your layer and then a copy  and copy of copy

4 On your Layer Palette, shut off your top 2 layers by clicking on the glasses

(click on your bottom layer so that one is highlighted not the top one like on mine...hehehe)

5.  Select your Tube Tool by left clicking on it with your mouse.

6.  Right click on your Tube Tool and select Tool Options.

7.  On the box you get click on the down arrow then select your sparkle

8.  Still in Tool Options change the scale number.  The smaller the number the smaller the sparkle will appear on your image.  I usually use 15-20 but it's up to you.
(Test it out by clicking on your image, if it's to big or small simply click undo and keep playing with the numbers until you're satisfied with the size of the sparkle)

Now back to your image.

9.  Place a few sparkles on your image.

10.  Go back to your Layer Palette and shut off the bottom layer, by clicking on the glasses, and select the middle layer (make sure the middle layer is highlighted before proceeding).  The top and bottom layer should be off.

11.  Place a few sparkles on your image in different places than the first layer.

12.  Go back to your Layer Palette and shut off the middle layer and select the top layer (the bottom 2 layers should be off and the top layer highlighted).

13.  Place a few sparkles on your image in different places than the first 2 layers.

14.  Go back to your Layer Palette and turn on all your layers so that all the X's are off of the glasses.

15.  Save this image to your Desktop, DO NOT change the format, leave it as a PSP Image.

16.  Open Animation Shop.

17.  Open your image in Animation Shop.

18.  Go to View and select Animation.

Now wasn't that easy???
