Here is a site to help you learn how to make a backup incase you haven't done it already.
Also, I want to remind you that this is also a good time to organize folders. It's time to delete stuff you won't use anymore and time to file away all those graphics that you didn't file away in the first place 
I just got done putting a lot of Christmas stuff in folders and found Halloween stuff too. Now I'm organizing Valentine's Day and St. Pattys Day stuff. LOL....it's never ending.
Lastly, dont forget to clean out your cache in PSP.
