If you've thought of something to say in a group and can't for some reason post it at that moment, or you're copying something from an attachment or email. 
 
Type or copy it into NOTEPAD first and save it, then when you are able to post it, you've got your exact wording ready. 
 
Saving in NOTEPAD means that you don't get any of the annoying HTML coding come with it like you would if you've saved in Word or Wordpad!
