How to figure your BMI (Body Mass Index)
(If you don't have an expensive electronic body-fat scale.)
(Your weight in pounds (times)* 703) divided by /(height squared in inches)
If you don't have a calculator, and want to do this you can use the Google Search Bar.
type in (pounds*703)/(ht*ht)  Mine was:  (210*703)/(72*72)
And, NO, I don't see any reason to tell anyone else what the result is either.
I am because I need to set goals and kick myself in the posterior.

For me:

(210 * 703) = 147630
divided by (72 * 72) = 5184

Total = 28.478
----------------
Normal (healthy) 18.5 to 24.9
Overweight 25 to 29.9
Obese 30 to 39.9
Severely obese over 40
