Recipe for scalloped potatoes and pork chops:
Fry the pork chops. Season them. Cut potatoes in slices, slice onions, open can of creamed chicken or mushroom soup. add a bit of milk, layer all that, . chops go on top . cover, bake 1 hour. Easy as that.
You can do that with chicken too.
