ok, for that simple one, for the first box, the one with the graphic..i did these settings :

rows - 1
columns - 1
padding - 6
spacing - 6
border width - 4
color - black
background - i inserted the url

for the blue i did
rows - 1
colums - 1
padding - 3
spacing - 3
border width - 1
color - i picked a dark blue
background - i chose the light blue color

just mess around with your padding, spacing and border width!  you'll get the hang of it!

To get it centered you need to add "width=100%"  into html code of the first table and of the second table,like I did here.

How does this look to you..I am trying to get it centered up to the top

Look at the code where exactly you need to add width

<DIV>
<P>
<TABLE borderColor=#ff9900 cellSpacing=6 cellPadding=6 width="100%" background=/isapi/fetch.dll?action=MyPhotos_GetMBPhoto&amp;ImageID=nEwAAAF0H90i!jEyuoOQqD7VY9muii6U*L91JjNk200xkUxZsMvTVYA border=4>
<TBODY>
<TR>
<TD align=middle>
<P align=center>
<TABLE borderColor=#ff9933 cellSpacing=3 cellPadding=3 width="100%" bgColor=#ff9900 border=1>
<TBODY>
<TR>
<TD>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P align=center>And now to the top</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></P></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></P></DIV>
