Below are some blank mulitiple-card grids.  
 
Simply copy/paste the grid of your choice, and then fill in the numbers.
 
You may create any combination of number of cards to play by copy/pasting a grid more than one time.  
 
EXAMPLE:  to play 18 cards, you would use the 9-card grid twice.
