This problem was caused by <NOBR>Flash Player</NOBR>, which was created by Adobe Systems Inc..

Adobe Systems Inc. has released a new version of <NOBR>Flash Player</NOBR>. The most current version includes security and stability improvements that might solve this problem.

Go online to the following website to install the <NOBR>Flash Player</NOBR> update.

Adobe Systems Inc. recommends uninstalling existing versions of <NOBR>Flash Player</NOBR> before installing the latest version.

How do I uninstall a program?

  1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.

  2. Click Change or Remove Programs, click the program you want to remove, and then click Change/Remove or Remove.

    Note
    If the program that you want to uninstall is not listed, it might not have been written for this version of Windows. To uninstall the program, check the information that came with the program.
