MEDICAL INSURANCE WAIVER DEADLINES
Students enrolled in the Fall 2008 semester:
The completed Medical Insurance Waiver must be received by Student Accounting Services no later than August 14, 2008, to waive participation for the 2008/2009 academic year.
New graduate students and Metropolitan College students may waive participation through September 15, 2008. Students submitting a Medical Insurance Waiver after August 14, 2008, may receive a student medical insurance member card in the mail from Aetna. Students filing their medical insurance waiver between August 14 and September 15 should be careful not to submit claims nor purchase prescriptions against the 2008/2009 policy year. |
