By the time, I propose to have an election for the next ROCSA
President. There will be one candidate, Yu-Chih Ko, in Department of
Nuclear Science & Engineering. So, come celebrate the Dragon Boat
Festival by canoeing, and also vote and support ROCSA's new President.
