Location: Malden station, Gate Way
I'm looking for a roommate who can take over #2 bedroom in this luxurious apartment. You have to share a bathroom with another roommate. The rent is 730 per month, and electricity is around 20ish in summer and 30ish in winter for A/C.
The location is this apartment is great, 30 seconds walk from Malden Center T station on the Orange line. There are stop&shop, super 88, restaurants around in less than 10 mins waking distance.
It is newly renovated means nobody has touched this apartment after it got a brand new kitchen and carpeting.
