I’m moving overseas next year and need somebody to take over my lease from January 1st 09�? The lease is due on Aug. 2009 and you may continue the lease afterwards. Rent is $850/m plus utilities. The utility bills are normally around $50-70 in total (TV cable, gas, heat, water, electricity and Internet). First, Last and Security Deposit Required.

-Private and spacious: This room is the largest and only bedroom on the second floor, next to the living rm, bathroom, and kitchen. The rest two bedrooms are upstairs so you have the absolute privacy.
-Great location: 3mins walk to Davis sq. T station, tons of bars and restaurants, Starbucks, porter sq. shopping center, Shaw’s and banks.
-Sunny: 3 windows facing the balcony and streets
-Clean: newly renovated and the wall-to-wall carpet just changed 2 months ago
-laundry in the basement
-spacious basement storage
-wireless internet access
The room is unfurnished but I’m also selling my furniture just in case would like to keep them.
You will be living with 2 AWESOME college undergrads (one male who goes to Umass Boston and another female who goes to Lesley) and 2 cats. College students or young professionals welcome
