We have a pretty big place with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (2 showers), a kitchen, and a very large living room.
There are two big bedrooms - one of them is a bit bigger. The bigger of the two is $950/month and the other is $900/month. These prices include all furniture, sheets, blankets, utilities (internet, electricity, heating, laundry, etc). Everything but food, really.
If two people want to share the biggest room , the price will be $1200.
We have a very nice big TV with cable and all of the furniture is new - I bought it from IKEA just 3 months ago. Also I am an English lecturer at Northeastern Univ, and my wife also works at a very nice English Language School in Newton Center, so it is a good place for English language learners.
