I am a grad student at Boston University but I am going to be going to San Diego for work.
This is a luxury apartment, is great for students doing in Tuft’s, Harvard, MIT and working profession who is interested The apartment includes:

-Basic furniture in your room (full size sized bed, desk, 2 sets of drawers and lots of lighting in the bedroom as well as a closet and lots of extra space for anything else that you would want to bring.)

-the sublease would be from Feb23 or Mar 1 (only have to pay start form Mar 1) to the end of July and you can keep staying if sign a new contract. (Two month deposit)
-The roommate who is a young professional in her late 30. She is very quiet, chill and nice.
-The apartment is also conveniently located 7 min walk to Davis Square (red line)
Two stop to Harvard SQ (Harvard) and 4 stops to Kendal SQ(MIT)…walking distance to Tufts.
-77 bus line in front of your door
