To Rid Yourself of Negativity
To get rid of physical, emotional, or spiritual negativity, and to bring forth balance in your life.
This spell is best performed outdoors during the 3rd quarter moon.
Need:
1 black candle
small spool cotton twine
small amount lamp oil
small bowl
sand to fill bowl
athame (sharp knife)
Using the athame, inscribe the name of the person , or word symbolizing the negative situation you are experiencing near the bottom of the candle.
Place the candle between your palms and breathe on the candle three times. With each breath, imagine that you are exhaling the negativity you have received unto the candle.
Take the cotton twine, and tie it around the base of the candle so that at least two feet of twine hangs from the knot. Begin tightly coiling the twine around the candle in a counter-clockwise direction. While doing so visualize a giant, protective, mirrored egg surrounding you and repeatedly chant:
Three times three, as ye have sown
Is thine to reap, thy harvest grown.
For best, for worst, for praise or chide,
The God's alone your fate decide!
Continue wrapping the candle with the twine until you have spiraled to the top, covering every bit of candle. Loop the twine, tying it in a knot to one of the coils at the top near the wick.
Next, take the oil and liberally smear the twine and the candle with it--cover every inch of the entwined candle.
Pour the sand into the dish and then wedge the candle into the sand so that it stands erect, then light it on fire.
Watch as the candle melts away, knowing that the magickal attack has been deflected.

A Spell to Encourage the End of a Relationship with a Lover
Before casting make sure this is really what you want and that you do not wish the other person ill will.
Need:
1 black candle& 1 white candle (smaller candles burn quicker)
Salt
Dragon's Blood Incense
picture of person you want to end the relationship with & an item of their's they will keep and wear.
piece of parchment paper
bowl of water
Arrange all these items on a table or altar somewhere quiet that you will not be disturbed.
Write your name and their's side by side on a the paper.
To cast the spell:
Light the candles and incense, going around the table widdershins (counter-clockwise.)
Cast a circle, paying tribute to each of the watchtowers, again going in the widdershins direction.
Repeat the following chant 3 times, and on the third time tear the paper that you've written your names on in half.
"O fire and flame of candle dark,
I call your power to free his/her heart.
As I tear this paper with our names inscribed,
separate (their name)'s love from me apart.
Bring to him/her not one ounce of harm,
but fall him/her to another's charm.
Nevermore as lovers we two shall be,
but forever as a friend to me.
As I will it, so mote it be."
Take the two pieces of paper with the names, and burn yours in the flame of the white candle, and burn his/hers in the flame with the black candle - when they burn down far enough that you can't hold them any longer, drop them in the bowl of water.
Ground the power and close the circle!
The spell is finished, except that you must allow both the white and black candles to burn completely down. Bury all the remains of the spell in the ground. i.e. paper, ashes, remaining wax from candles.
Spell to Banish Negative Roommate written by spooky
This is for a roommate that you or everyone in your household would like to see leave.
Take equal parts:
Wood Betony
Yarrow
Mullien
Rue
Any four banishing or exorcising herbs will also do. It's mostly about preference.
Place these in a jar and shake vigorously while picturing the person you wish to leave. Do not think about what you would like to happen, just that they leave in a peaceful manner. Think of how this is best for everyone and leave out any personal hatred/dislike of the person. Sprinkle the mixture at the front door (if a house at all the exits) that leaves the home. Then sprinkle a small trail towards their room. Best to do this when they are not around. If you do not sprinkle a trail then this will take much longer. Recite:
I want you out of house and home,
I care not for where you roam.
Stir and be restless,
Till you can't stay.
Quick you will leave,
From this day.
Cap the jar and place it near the front door. You can stuff in a pair of your shoes you don't wear or the back of the front closet if you have one.
As you hide the jar simply say:
Go away, go away, go away.
