Rice Divination
To gain insight into the identity of your true love, fill a small bowl with uncooked rice. Place a wide and shallow bowl, half full of water, on the floor, and stand with your back to it. Holding the rice in both hands, clear your mind of everything and let go of any hopes or expectations about the identity of this person. Pass the rice, grain by grain, over your left shoulder into the water. As you do so, chant the following to keep your mind open and the energy flowing:
True love come to me.
Let me see
My true love鈥檚 identity.
When you have dropped the last grain, observe the pattern the rice has made in the water. Be aware of any immediate impressions you receive. Then analyze the pattern and look for specific letters or images. The pattern will indicate the identity of your true love.
