Ginger Ale
Great for upset stomachs!
Slice a large ginger root. Place in a large pot and cover with several cups of water. Bring to a simmer and continue simmering for 20 minutes. Remove from burner and strain out the ginger while the liquid is still hot. Add honey or maple syrup to taste. Allow to cool. To use, fill a glass halfway with you ginger mixture and fill the rest with sparkling water.
