Protection Ritual
A folk rhyme tells us that March roars into our lives like a lion. Stormy weather can create havoc and damage in our lives. To protect your property and loved ones from the damage of storms, exercise good common sense and take care of the physical aspects of protection. Secure your property and plan for disaster in the material realms. Then magically cast a circle around your living space and property. Call in spirits and totems of protection, making sure to use symbols and beings that are important and sacred to you. Call these in at each of the cardinal directions of north, east, south, and west, and then call in center.
Spirits of power, spirits of each direction,
I call on you for strength and protection.
Save us from danger and guard our peace,
Our vigor, security, and safety increase.
So mote it be!
Take up your circle and live in safety. If you move or leave the place, release these powers, thanking them for their service to you.
