| Yes, the hump days are coming faster and faster, hey Elaine...LOL..Pretty soon, we'll all be old, if this keeps up.. I have a free day, today...Nothing planned, but I do have to go get a few groceries and I thought I'd do some cleaning in the yard...I haven't been out raking leaves yet...But our huge maple tree at the front is still full of leaves...Not sure when they are going to drop...LOL..I get about 20 bags of leaves from it...LOL.. Sorry I missed chat last night..I was at my son's place, giving them a hand with setting up their new house...They are getting through the boxes....But my daughter in law got rid of sooooooo much stuff before the move...Funny how much stuff ya don't need... Nice chatting last night, Gladys... I'd better get this show on the road here.....Have a great day, everyone...Looks like we're in for another beautiful day at 20.....Yippee!!!!...Nice, hey Betty... | Well, It's a great day here too... Only about 9 or 10, but I'll take it... Spent the morning baking some Soft Ginger Cookies. I'm glad I did it early today, because I just got an invitation to 'babysit' this afternoon... Rob and Renee want to take advantage of their day off together , with sunshine, to go into the gully in hopes of getting a goose... That girl just loves them and naturally, Rob loves to hunt.. Guess I'll be feeding the ducks this afternoon....  .. Much more enjoyable anyway... Supper tonight is moose meatloaf... So, it's coming together pretty darn good. Other than that, nothing on the go here. Bob is still cutting up and putting away wood for the Winter.... and when he's not at that , he's up in the attic adding more insulation... Sure hope it makes a differrence....who knows???. Well, I'd better clean up the last of the dishes... God, I have to be the messiest person in the kitchen.... but, I've always known that... Yet, each time I begin a cleanup after doing something, I still amaze myself at the number of dirty pots and pans and how far I have signs of flour ... lol Take care everybody. | Howdy Hi - it's me again....Man Oh Man....I'm real tired....This up and down step ladders is going to get the best of me yet. Actually, once I get the front door frames and step done, it'll be a whole lot easier. Right now I have to be extra careful 'cause the door is original and never painted - just varnish and I don't want to frig it up. lol I put everything away for the day. I know it's only 4:00 O'clock, but what the heck, I'm not getting paid by the hour - or time and materials - heck - I'm not getting paid - except by this great country of ours. hahaha. I hope you are all having a great day. It's lovely up here as Sharon and Pat and Betty said...It's at +19 and nary a wind - some good, and our next door neighbour blew and mulched all our leaves, so it's great. Catch you all later.
