Hey Glady - speak for yourself - this old woman would know what to do with him---whoo hoo - thanks Joy - what a Thursday treat. hahaha.
WELL MY DEARS - I really have to share with you all how blessed I am....Went to see my Diabetes Support Teacher, Jane today....First of all, the lovely Sara - receptionist - gave us a whole bag of goodies....Green Tea, Diabetic Boost, Fisherman's Friend - and some other stuff and then Jane came to get me to check my weight and we hugged like long lost friends, and then spent almost an hour, chatting about all things, not just diabetes...I even told her about you wonderful people. She is such a lovely woman - a bit younger than me - maybe early 50s, but so encouraging and supportive, I just had to share. Hope ya all don't mind.
My blood sugars are now under 7 most of the time, and of course when I'm up and down the ladder or walking or whatever, they go below 6 - which is Diabetics Heaven. hahaha.
Alex and I peeled 10lbs potatoes this afternoon for mashed potatoes for a church function tonight. There's 90 people expected for the dinner, and others will cook more stuff and desserts.
Lazy me - we went into Zehrs after leaving Jane and we got a precooked, bbq chicken and three different salads. YAY - some good.
Well me dears, I better go check me e-mails before my 'puter goes into shock. hahaha
Chat was great last night. Enjoy the rest of your evening and nights.
LOVE AND GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU ALWAYS.
