Well me dears, I was having a nice chat with everyone last night when POOF - the hydro went out...Bummer... It west out at 8:48 our time and was out until 11:35. We played Scrabble by candle light - how romantic can that be. I didn't go to church this morning - not feeling too great so I went back to bed and we lost the hydro again - and it's been flickering all day. I would think it was caused by the VERY HEAVY WHITE RAIN. lol It is a total winter wonderland up here with accumulations of about 6" of that heavy stuff. The kids across the road are making a FAT RAIN SNOWMAN. Aren't I a good girl Carrie. hahaha.
I thought I would come and check in while I had the chance. Ya never know what's gonna happen - talk about excitment. YAHOO.
I have a big pasta caserrole ready for the oven - salmon pasta I call it and We just love it. It takes a lot of time and effort, so I usually make a big one and freeze some for later.
