I really shouldn't be here... Guilt is consuming me....(he-he). but I'm gonna talk about "being physical", so I suppose that's not 'waisting time'.... lol
Just wanted you guys to know that I am back to walking every morning, except weekends. My neighbour and I leave at 7:30 every morning and our walks generally last about anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 Hours...
So far, we have both 'gained' two pounds.... Honestly...it;s the truth... I laughed at her when she told me she had gained two pounds and when I weighed the following morning, she had her chance to laugh at me... Ha..
Now we are both trying to convince each other that all this muscle , which weighs more that fat, is the 'problem'... Yeah, sure it is!!!!! ( More like an overactive jaw muscle... opening.... lol)
But the weather is perfect for walking... a little nippy in the mornings... I don't think I'd be able to walk this long if and when it gets hot.
I weigh on Monday mornings.... This morning 'Two-ton Tessie' here weighed in at 218 pounds and because I'm making a commitment, right here and now, is the reason I'm telling you this.
I won't be 218 pounds next Monday.... Just you wait! ( unless I gain more muscle ..lol)
