Well I slacked off on my exercising since I can back from my trip, but I made up for it today. I took my dogs for a walk and I got the secret that works for me.
I got my mp3 player, cell phone and put my 2.5 lb. weights on my legs. It's sure nice walking listening to my tunes. That's my secret, go alone , or take a pet that can keep up with you and take your tunes with you.  
 
I walked in the dirt road for 25 mins. I hope nobody was in the woods listening to me  " singing "
Now remember this... if you walk in the road for 25 mins. then you have to walk back 25 mins..... LOL.
Thank God I had my tune friends with me. It made it a lot easier to get back.

Well I was able to walk Sunday after my long walk Saturday and I wasn't even sore.
Didn't get to exercise Sunday but I did do lots of housecleaning. I'm not feeling good today, I have the flu but hopefully tomorrow I can get back int it.

Monday I was still sick so didn't do much of anything except on computer when I wasn't sleeping. I will be too busy today. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
Come on ladies I need your encouragement or guilt trip will work... lol

I don't ercise much,I know I should go,I do walk everyday now,just with my nephew though lol,do that walk count lol.
I walk more on the weekend,that is a reason I don't walk,I hate going alone.
I think I should get my bike out,I bought it home fr the trailer.
 
U just keep it up joy,we all just need will power

Joy I usually go for a walk for about 50 minutes a day.It does feel great.When it gets to hot I will go for one in the evening.
Yes Betty you have to have the will power to do things,lol.
Sometimes I may slack off for a day without going for one.

I took the dogs for a walk yesterday, Saturday. Well it was more of a jog... lol. Those tunes really get me going. We walked for an hour. Then when  I got home  I decided to give dogs a bath..... that was another workout. The older , smaller one wasn't bad but when I tried to bath KA-C... lol. He didn't want to get a bath. I got him in the tub twice... he's about 80 lbs. or more. BIG MISTAKE. Let's just say I was the one all wet.... lol.
But my bathroom got a good cleaning with all that water on the floor and walls.

The old guy and I joined the YMCA...And when we don't get there, we try and get out for a walk...I like walking outside more than the treadmill, but when it's hot I can't take the air so I usually use the treadmill..
I've only lost 12 lbs since Feb. but I'm not paying too much attention to weight..I just want to feel better..I can run up the stairs now..I'll see how much the doctors scales read when I go this morning..Always heavier there...
