I'm trying to get back into my walking and exercising. Seems like there's so much going on that I have put off doing this. I seem to make time for everyone and everything except me. But that's gonna change. This morning I walked the dogs for 35 mins. so that's a start.
 
Okay  guys keep nagging me. I need it.
