Fish Batter

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 cup water

1/2 tsp. salt

1 egg

oil and spices

Procedure

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk and water slowly. Add egg and spices. Mix until smooth. Deep fry in oil.
