First off:- I have to tell ya. This is my recipe and I don't really measure stuff...Just a bit of this and that, but I'll try.....It can easily be adjusted up or down depending on the size of salad.
Everything is approximate:
2/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbls White Balsamic Vinegar
6 tbls Lemon Juice - I just use the bottle kind.
2 tbls Club House Salad Herbs
Pinch Sugar (Splenda)
Pinch Salt and Pepper
Pinch Hot Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Shake everything together really good and cool in fridge at least 20 minutes before serving.
