This is good if you do a lot of baking and use brown sugar.
I will never buy brown sugar again.
 
To 1 cup granulated sugar, add 2 Tablespoons molasses.
 Stir together until evenly mixed with a fork or mix in blender.
After trying it once, vary it by using 1 Tablespoon molasses, using the dark molasses or the light molasses.

  Joy:  Just want you to know that your Brown Sugar tip came in handy thist week...  I ran short of Brown Sugar and used white and molasses to make up the difference... I was making banana bread...  Absolutely no difference in texture or taste...   Great hint..
