Oreo Caramel Delight > > 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) chocolate cream Oreo's > 14 oz. pkg. caramels > 1/2 c. margarine > 5 oz. can evaporated milk > 1 c. powdered sugar > 1 t. vanilla > 8 oz. cream cheese, softened > 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip, divided > > Crush OREO's. Spread 3/4th of them in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Melt > together milk, margarine and caramels and pour over cookies, let cool. > Blend together powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Then blend in > 2 cups Cool Whip. Mix well. Spread over caramel /cookie mixture. Top > with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle remaining Oreo's on top. Refrigerate > at least 2 hours before serving |
