Creamy S'Mores Pie
16 squares graham crackers finely crushed. (about 1-cup)
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 tub (8-ounce) Cool Whip, thawed
4 bars (1.5 ounce each) milk chocolate candy, chopped, divided
In a bowl combine the Graham Cracker crumbs, margarine and sugar;
press on the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. In a large
microwave safe bowl. Combine the marshmallows and milk. Microwave
on high for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring
after one minute. Refrigerate for 40 minutes or until the mixture is
completely cooled. Gently stir the whipped topping into the marshmallow
mixture; fold in 3 bars chopped chocolate. Spread the mixture in the
crust;
top with the remaining chopped chocolate. Refrigerate 3 hours or until
firm
