3 Cups sugar
1 stick unsalted Butter
1- 5oz. can evaperated milk(pet)
1 -2/3 cup Jiff peanut butter
1- 7oz. container marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
First use butter or margarine to coat 9x13 baking pan .Set aside.
In a large heavy pan (like a dutch oven) put butter, sugar, and can milk, heat over medium heat stirring constantly scrapping sides and bottom to prevent scorching, bring to a hard boil(one that doesn't stop when stirred) boil over med. heat exactly 5 minutes. remove from heat and quickly stir in peanut butter & vanilla, with a wooden spoon till dissolved,add marshmallow creme and beat with electric mixer till well blended. Pour into buttered pan and let set at room temp. till set.(it won't take long)
