FROSTED CRANBERRY SQUARES
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 can cranberry sauce
1 lg. box cherry Jello
1 c. Coke

Pour juice of pineapple into pan and bring to boil (about 1 cup. If not 1 cup from pineapple, add enough water to make 1 cup). Pour over Jello. After this is dissolved, pour 1 cup of Coke into mixture very slowly. Mix well. Partially chill until syrupy. Mix pineapple and cranberry sauce and let set. Frost with following, if desired.

TOPPING
With mixer, blend 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese and 1 small container of Cool Whip. Spread over top of Jello, and sprinkle generously with pecans. (I use packed in own juice pineapple and diet Cola or 7-Up.
