HOT CHICKEN SALAD 2 cups cut up cooked chicken 2 cups thinly sliced celery 1-cup croutons 1-cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup chopped almonds toasted 2 tablespoons freshly lemon juice 2 teaspoons instant minced onion 1/2-teaspoon salt 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1 cup crushed potato chips Heat oven to 450. Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips then spoon into 6 ungreased 1 cup baking dishes. Sprinkle with chips and potato chips and bake uncovered 15 minutes.
